Saving faces offers the very latest in cosmetic dentistry using state of the art technology in a modern, caring and relaxing environment. Dr Anthony Coyne, your cosmetic dentist in Liverpool has undertaken extensive post-graduate training in all aspects of cosmetic dentistry, dental implantology and facial rejuvenation techniques using a combination of Botox and dermal fillers.
Dr Anthony Coyne is one of the first UK dentists to offer 6 Month Smiles orthodontics. As well as being one of the first in the Northwest to offer the fast but safe "Inman Aligner", the ideal solution for crowded front teeth.We also offer Invisalign, the orthodontic solution using clear thin gumshield , or aligners.This taken longer than 6 Month Smiles , but is the least noticeable.
Our cosmetic dental services include full smile makeovers as seen on popular hit TV shows such as "Extreme Makeover" and "10 years younger", which generally use a combination of several different treatments such as dental implants, porcelain veneers, crowns and teeth whitening.
We use 2 types of dental implant.The imtec mini implant, ideal for securing loose dentures and providing support for long bridges;and the BICON implant ,ideal for the replacement of single and multiple teeth. Dr Coyne has placed over 1000 mini implants and has lectured on the subject. He has also trained in London, Boston USA and at the University of Cartagena in Columbia South America to learn and use the BICON system.
In addition to cosmetic dentistry we also treat all aspects of general dentistry providing a complete hygiene service, fresh breath clinic and routine fillings, extractions and private emergency dental care.
We are also proud to introduce our in-house ceramic CEREC studio which enables us to fabricate your crowns, veneers onlays and inlays in about an hour - a procedure that would normaly take two weeks without this technology.
